Composition In The Field – Italian Style!

The Little Italy sign in downtown San Diego

William Morton took his Digital Photo Academy students to Little Italy yesterday for a Composition In The Field class. This San Diego neighborhood provided plenty of colorful settings and subjects to photograph. Students toured not only the renowned restaurants of Little Italy, but also the Farmers Market. Plenty of photo opportunities were to be had, and William gave suggestions and showed examples as students found new things to focus on (no pun intended). Lensbaby optics created some beautiful effects as well, offering new creative options. This monthly class has become quite popular, as much for the group shoot aspects as the scenic attractions of different San Diego locations. This monthly class can be joined by signing up on the DPA website.
